    How do I submit my request to be considered for a job?

    To apply for a position at Trident, please submit your application via our applicant tracking system by uploading your resume, LinkedIn profile or completing the online application.

    We offer both managerial and technical career channels. You choose the one you want to pursue. The technical career ladder takes you from associate engineer to fellow. The managerial career ladder provides a path from first-line supervisor to executive management. Each step of the way you know the scope of your current position, education required, responsibilities, contributions expected and more.

    Trident retains all applications within our applicant tracking system. All physical forms are filed and kept in accordance with state and federal employment laws.

    What is your hiring process?


    Resumes are reviewed by hiring managers. If there is a possible match of skills and experience, Trident HR will contact the candidate for an initial interview. Assuming there is interest in further discussion, Trident invites the individual to visit with the hiring manager, peers and colleagues to learn more. Employment offers for people selected are extended in writing.
